Join Claire for a fun filled Yin Yang class of beautifully self-connecting practice in the outdoors in support of Darg. This will be 75 minutes for all levels.

Should you wish to join and can’t afford to donate, please still feel free to join on the day. Any level of generosity is hugely appreciated so we have put together a sliding scale for you to donate what you feel appropriate! 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins and bring your yoga mat if you have one!

 Meet your instructor:  

I am Claire Coetzee, a 550 hour Yoga Alliance trained Yoga Teacher, Therapeutic Reflexologist and masseuse. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years after attending my first class in Toronto in 1999. Yoga wasn’t very “popular” back then and so I wasn’t too sure what to expect. What I did experience was profound – a massive shift and release of stress resulting in floods of tears in Savasana. It was beautiful.

Over the following decades through many ups and downs, yoga has been my anchor, and safe space. I am deeply committed to my health and personal growth, and that of my my clients. I believe in practicing what I preach and so I have a strong daily practice, and am always supported by my teachers through ongoing trainings. Living in the present moment, managing stress, moving with ease, without pain, finding quality breath and getting good sleep are my main focuses. I really try and live by what I teach.

Through my life experiences I feel passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others find their balance – on and off the mat. In the last year I have experienced huge loss through the death of family members and fur kids as well as a health diagnosis that confronted my own mortality.

Through this journey I have delved into my practice and really seen the power of Yoga , reflexology and massage and their ability to calm the nervous system, keep the body moving, focus the mind and nourish the body through breath… touch… the list goes on…I have developed a passion for helping people dealing with stress from work, family, illness and other life issues.


My training covers yoga for cancer, Vinyasa, Yoga for Sports and Yin Yoga - and I am trauma informed. I love to include Thai Yoga Massage into my private yoga sessions, as well as often moving from a yoga session into a full hour of massage or reflexology. A beautiful opportunity to self regulate and deeply relax. 

Combining modalities allows me to really work with the individual that arrives in the space. Attuning with their nervous system and intuitively offering a session that is meaningful and healing.
